Cine-centric is a revolutionary cinema solutions service provider of efficient customer profiling system and ticketing system. The key components of our system comprises of the Card and the Kiosk. 

Currently in Singapore, cinema organizations are not able to conduct an accurate marketing analysis because it is not mandatory for movie goers to sign up for their membership. Thus, data collection is limited to the small number of members to a particular cinema organization and market research is not large scale and an accurate representation of their customer base. With the implementation of our membership and Card, customer information is stored each time a movie ticket is purchased.

We have also come up with a ticket dispensing Kiosk to elevate the box office staff cost. We have learnt from Cathay that its Cineplex at Orchard requires a staff force of 80 to operate daily. By putting in place a self ticket dispensing Kiosk, cinemas can save up on manpower cost.

We hope to bring automation to cinemas as our final implementation step. In doing so, we hope further reduce manpower costs. Cinemas will be run with minimal staff with gantries to secure the entrance to halls and a control station with customer service personnel.
